"Kept me dry, but the wait was annoying"
It did the job when it started raining and kept me dry, which I appreciated. It was also an easy spot to hang around, though I was getting frustrated waiting there for so long.

"Baggage carts were easy to find"
I was glad to see the baggage carts were easy to find both when we parked and again when we came back. With all our bags, it made the whole process a lot less frustrating. I’d be curious if other people have had the same experience, but for us it was smooth overall.

I used parkrdu.com to book parking, and overall it was straightforward. The site is laid out in a way that makes sense, and I was able to find the rates without having to hunt around too much, which I appreciated. Checkout was fine as well. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I’d like on my phone, and I had to go back and double-check my dates just to be safe. A bit annoying, but it still worked in the end.

I booked this thinking my oversized van would be no big deal, and quickly I was like, oh no, this might not work. The space felt really tight, and the staff didn’t seem totally sure where I should go. I did manage to park in the end, but it was way more stressful than I wanted right before a flight. They really need clearer info for people bringing larger vehicles.

"Super easy EV charging at the lot"
Used Park RDU last weekend and chose the lot with EV charging. It was easy to find, and the charger worked like it should while we were away. i blame myself for not checking this option sooner because it was really nice landing and not having to worry about the battery. I’d definitely use it again

"Pretty solid for a weekend trip"
Used parkrdu for a quick weekend trip and it was mostly fine. The shuttle showed up often on the way to the airport, I think I only waited like 8 or 10 minutes, if that. Coming back took a little longer, which was kind of annoying, but not enough to ruin anything. Staff was friendly enough, the lot was easy to find, and everything basically went how it was supposed to. I’d probably use them again as long as the prices don’t creep up too much..

"The grace period really came through"
I was running a little behind and expected it to turn into a headache, but they gave me some extra time with the grace period. It ended up saving me a bunch of hassle, and I still got everything taken care of without stressing. Definitely felt like a small win for the day.

I used Park RDU last week, it was easy. The signs were clear from the road all the way into the lot, so I didn’t have to keep guessing where to go. Finding my parking area and the shuttle stop was simple too. Didn’t have to circle around much or stress over it, which was really nice for airport parking.

"Easy, accessible, no fuss"
Used Park RDU before my trip to check parking, and it worked well with my screen reader. Buttons and forms were clear, and I didn’t hit the usual weird roadblocks.

Pages loaded fine, text was easy to follow, and the ADA info was quick to find. Solid experience.

"Could be smoother"
Overall, it’s okay, but I do wish the experience was a bit smoother. It works for the most part, just not as seamlessly as I expected. I remember noticing it while I was standing in my kitchen eating a weirdly tiny apple, and I kept thinking, “This shouldn’t feel this clunky.” Not terrible, just could definitely be improved

"Shuttle showed up right on time"
I used parkrdu.com last week and just assumed there’d be some kind of wait, but the shuttle was right there quickly after I parked. Dropped my car off, hopped on within a few minutes, and got to the terminal without feeling rushed or stressed.
Coming back was just as simple. I called once I had my bags, figured I’d be standing around for a bit, but the shuttle came fast. Nothing over the top or fancy, it just did exactly what I needed. I’d use them again.

I really appreciated how smooth the communication was. I got my booking info right away, and the reminders/notifications showed up right when I needed them, which was reassuring because I didn’t have to sit there wondering if I missed something. Everything felt clear and simple, and I think that’s what you want with this kind of thing, right? No hassle at all. I’d use parkrdu.com again.
